COVID19 Changes to procedure – Coaches will pre-register their groups by email to cves.ca@gmail.com and pay using e-transfer, PayPal or credit card. No cash transactions or paperwork done onsite. No more than 20 horses in 4 or 5 groups on the field at one time. Times slots (1.5 hours each) are pre-booked on a first come basis. The jumps are arranged in 4 pods each around a fixed feature – M&M water jump; North Water; Sunken Road and 208 Corner Bank. There are a few jumps around the little ditches in the trees as well. The entrance to the field is by the check-in tent. To exit the field, use the south end of the parking area. XC Schooling Site Plan of Pods and Entrance/Exit.
All riders, coaches, volunteers must complete a CVES COVID Particpation Agreement Form and drop in the box on the day when checking in at the tent.

- August 7 (Fri) Weekday Start 9:00 am – Last Horse to start at 5:00 pm
- August 23 (Sun) Start 9:00 am – Last Horse to start at 4:00 pm
September 26th (Sat) Start 9:00 am – Last Horse to start at 4:00 pmNow the Almost an Event 2 which has been rescheduled to Sep 26/27 due to smoke from wildfires.
Schooling days are subject to field conditions. Please check this website shortly before each session to confirm it’s going ahead.
Cost is $30 for CVES members and $35 for non-members.
Riders must be HCBC members and be accompanied by an insured coach. Coaches must show proof that they are appropriately insured. Please email in a copy of your current Coach’s Insurance to cves.ca@gmail.com. We will keep it on file for the year so this just has to be done once per year.

All riders must be accompanied by an insured Coach and be current HCBC members. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times or, better yet, leave them at home.
PARKING (and Check-In) WILL BE IN CROSS COUNTRY FIELD ONLY.
