Coaches will pre-register their groups by email to info@cves.ca and pay using e-transfer, PayPal or credit card. No cash transactions or paperwork done onsite. No more than about 20 horses in 4 or 5 groups on the field at one time. Time slots (1.5 hours each) are pre-booked on a first come basis. The jumps are loosely arranged in 4 pods each around a fixed feature – M&M water jump; North Water; Sunken Road and 208 Corner Bank. The coffin complex will also be open. There are a few jumps around the little ditches in the trees as well and more low level in the main field. XC Schooling Site Plan of Pods.
All riders must complete a XC Schooling Waiver_CVES-fillable-form and drop in the box on the day when checking in at the tent or email it beforehand to info@cves.ca.
