Dr. Andrew McLean is an internationally acclaimed lecturer, trainer and coach.  He is a behavioral scientist dedicated to better understanding how horses think and learn.  Dr. McLean is the founder of equitation science and advocates learning theory for the benefit of equine well-being.  He is the author of 5 books and over 35 journal articles, was the president of the international Society of Equitation Science and manages the Australian Equine Behaviour Centre.  He has a lifetime of riding, coaching and training experience.  Dr. McLean has been instrumental in rehabilitating many top level “problem” horses with the fundamentals of equitation science.  We are fortunate to have him here.
